Entry 1(contrast and emphasis
this image represents contrast very well since it helps explain what it is. The left side is black and has very little white spots, but the right side has the opposite effect.They mirror each other with opposite colors making it contrasted.
This pink flower is a good example of emphasis because one, i love flowers, and two, the flower draws the viewers attention by having the background grey instead of a bright color to match it. The whole point of the flower is to catch attention not to blend with its surroundings.
Entry 2 (alignment and balance)
The alignment element are objects that are close in proximity, meaning they are close in space so they are not far apart. This photograph helps explain that concept since the colour pencils are close together to form a circle. It can be a circle of rainbows but it closes into a circle, a colorful one.
There are three different forms of balance. The first one is symmetrical, which is this art work, it divides everything into the middle. The second form is asymmetrical balance, it appears to be symmetrical but one side will be different. And the last form is radial symmetry. It is based off of a circle with its design extending from the center and out, some examples are many flowers, an iris, and a star
