This dog is called "blue dog" by George Rodrigue. I used Illustrator for this first tracing the dog and then going in through the minor details. At the time of doing this dog I had my phones wallpaper as the Earth, which is why i used mostly colors that will remind you of the earth with colors such as purple, red, and pinkish were just out of personal choice to stand out.
We made a collaborative project. Our teacher picked a mural and divided it into sections and i chose these two. For the one on the right I wanted to invert the colors and thats how it came out. I like the flat details and minimalism. For the one on the right I chose a bright color palette and some dull colors to balance the brightness and contrast of the colors.
This is an example of a real world being a graphic designer. The schools wrestling coach wanted a new poster so he told our teacher and now it was our project. I made an 8x10 sized poster on illustrator. I added the sponsors which are in the middle, the schedule on top of the sponsors and the picture of the boys team. It was a simple poster and I hope next time when I get a real client I will do a more professional job.
